Though I don’t currently have a toddler attached to my hip I recently tried out the Hipseat by Hippy Chick and wow! What a difference proper alignment makes. This is definately on my list for baby shower gifts…

1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon
3 tbsp ground flax
1/2 cup unsweetened coconut
1/2 cup sunflower seeds
1/2 cup currants
1 egg
1/4 cup melted butter
1/4 cup olive oil
1 cup unsweetened applesauce
10 drops of liquid Stevia or 1/4 tsp powdered Stevia
Bake at 400 for 30 minutes.
