In memory of Bill Mitchell, ND a founding father of modern Naturopathic Medicine his receipe for anytime you are feeling under the weather.
6 cups water
3 tbsp chopped fresh gingerroot
10 chopped scallions
1 brick of firm tofu, cubed
3 cups bean sprouts
3 tbsp tamari
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tsp paprika
1 head peeled/chopped garlic
juice of one lemon
