Flaxseed “truffles”

At the request of my students:
3/4 cup ground flaxseeds
2 tbsp oat or spelt or other flour
1 tsp ground cloves, or cinnamon or nutmeg
2 tsp peanut or hazelnut butter
1/4 cup brown rice syrup
Knead all together into little balls, dust with cocoa or carob powder for a delicious, good for the bowels treat!
